Ice Cream Step-By-Step

Prep Your Ingredients:

For basic vanilla, mix 1 cup whole milk, 2/3 cup sugar, 2 cups heavy cream with a teaspoon salt and a tablespoon vanilla.

Pour & Freeze:

Mix your ingredients together and pour into your frozen Chef’n Sweet Spot. Let the ice cream sit for a few seconds to start freezing.

Mix It Up

Once your mixture has begun to freeze, start scraping and scooping to build a consistent texture – think “scrambled eggs!”

Add Toppings!

Fruits, chocolate, berries, nuts – the possibilities are endless! Just start folding in whatever ingredients you want.

Voilà! Ice Cream Your Way!

Makes six ½ cup servings in approximately 30 minutes so get creative!
